EASY HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
Sliced tomatoes for garnish
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown meat in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat. Set aside. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in meat, cheese, onion, and pepper. Turn mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Garnish with sliced tomatoes. Serves 6.
