2 eggs, separated, beat yolks and white separate
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. water

Mix yolks, sugar, and salt. Mix sour cream, soda, flour, butter, and water. Beat egg whites in large bowl, then add other ingredients. Keeps well in the refrigerator if you wish to double recipe. Serves 5.
