2 c. sugar
2 c. unsifted flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. Coca Cola
3 tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Put butter, cocoa and Coca Cola in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then pour over sugar and flour. Add remaining ingredients. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 sticks butter
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. Coca Cola
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. chopped pecans

Put butter, Coca Cola and cocoa in small pan. Bring to a boil. Pour over powdered sugar. Beat well. Add nuts. Frost warm cake.
