BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
6 slices white bread, frozen 8 tbsp. butter 1 (16 oz.) pkg. sausage, cooked and drained 6 oz. cheese, grated 2 c. Half and Half 5 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard Butter both sides of frozen bread and cut into cubes. Spread cubes over bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle sausage over bread; then sprinkle cheese over sausage. Combine half and half, eggs, salt and dry mustard. Pour over layered bread, sausage and cheese and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. |
