BREAKFAST DROP SCONES 
3 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. currants or chopped raisins
1 c. milk
Cinnamon glaze

Combine biscuit mix, sugar, and currants and add milk, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Brush with cinnamon glaze and bake 2-5 minutes or until browned. Yields 2 dozen biscuits.

CINNAMON GLAZE:

3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. half and half

Combine all ingredients, mixing until blended. Yields about 1/4 cup.
