TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese, divided (4 oz.)

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine cooked noodles with other ingredients, except 1/2 cup of the cheese. Mix well. Place in greased casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes. Yields 4-6 servings.
