TUNA AND CHOW MEIN NOODLE
CASSEROLE
 
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. diced celery
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 can tuna, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste
5 1/2 oz. can of chow mein noodles

Saute together onion, celery and green pepper. Then mix all ingredients together saving a few noodles for the top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
