CHOW MEIN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 oz. pkg. chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can chunk tuna
1 c. celery, finely diced
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 lb. cashew nuts (optional)
Salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients, saving 1/4 cup noodles for the top. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes. (For larger casserole double recipe). A few cashew nuts on top makes a classy looking dish.
