SEAFOOD PASTA SUPREME 
1 lb. lobster spacarelli or plain macaroni
Large pot boiling water
2 tsp. salt, optional
1 tbsp. oil

SAUCE:

1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lb. shrimp, shelled & devined
1/2 lb. sea scallops, sliced into 1/4" rounds
1 tbsp. minced garlic (3 lg. cloves)
1/2 c. sliced scallions
2 c. peas, cooked if raw, thawed if frozen
2 c. fresh tomatoes, peeled (if desired) & cut into 1/2" dice
1/2 c. pasta cooking liquid
1 tbsp. minced fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled
Salt to taste, optional
Fresh ground black pepper to taste
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Grated Parmesan or Romano for garnish, optional
