SOUTHWESTERN APPETIZER CHEESE
CAKE
 
2/3 c. crushed tortilla chips
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 chopped tomato
1/4 c. sliced black olives
1 c. cottage cheese
4 eggs
4 oz. chopped chilies
8 oz. jalapeno dip
1/2 c. chopped green onion

Combine tortilla crumbs and butter. Press into 9 inch spring form pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Blend cottage cheese in blender. Add cream cheese. Add egg (one at a time). Mix well. Blend in shredded Cheddar cheese and chilies. Pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Combine sour cream and dip. Spread on top. Bake 10 minutes more. When completely cool. Remove springform from pan. Top with sour cream, chopped tomato, olives and onions. Serve with whole tortilla chips.
