HONEY WHEAT BREAD 
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. oatmeal
Dash of salt
2 pkgs. yeast
6 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. water

In large bowl, combine honey, oatmeal and salt. Add 2 cups boiling water until honey is dissolved. Add one cup of cold water to cool. Add 2 packages of yeast; let set 15 minutes. Add 6 cups whole wheat flour. Will be quite loose. Knead on a white floured board at least 5 minutes. Wash and oil bowl. Let rise until double; punch down. Let rise again. Bake in greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Very Easy - Tried & True!
