TOMATO LEMON BISQUE 
3 (#10) cans Diced Tomatoes
3-4 Large Diced Onions
1 bunch Diced Celery
2 qts. Cream
1 1/4 lb. Butter
1 tbsp. Coriander
1/2 tbsp. White Pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 cup White Wine
1/2 cup Lemon Juice

Cook the first 3 ingredients for 45 minutes. Blend together and add the rest.
