9 oz. Cool Whip or La Creme
1 sm. box pistachio instant pudding
1 sm. can mandarin orange slices, drained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans, if desired
1 sm. box cottage cheese

Mix Cool Whip and pudding well. Then add other ingredients; stir well and chill. This is a quick salad and very easy to prepare.
