CONGO BARS 
1 c. melted butter
1 box brown sugar
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have ready a 9 x 13 1/2 inch pan. Mix together butter, sugar, and eggs, then add flour, vanilla, chocolate chips, and nuts. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
