SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 lg. carrots, shredded
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 sm. carton Cool Whip
3/4 c. cottage cheese, small curd
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin

Mix ingredients together except gelatin. Mix gelatin with 3 tbsp. water then bring to boil. Stir in the above mixture. Put into 9x13 dish refrigerate until set. 6 to 8 hours.
