REFRIGERATOR CHEESE BREAD 
7-8 c. flour
2 pkg yeast (6 tsp.)
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. water
1 c. milk
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
Melted butter

Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt; heat water and milk until very warm (120-130 degrees). Add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes with mixer. Add 1 cup flour, beat 2 minutes. Stir in cheese and enough flour to make soft dough. Knead 5-10 minutes. Cover and let stand 20 minutes. Punch down, divide in half; put in 2 pans. Refrigerate 2-24 hours. Remove and let stand 10 minutes at room temperature. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
