FRIED RICE 
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded
4 lg. carrots, diced
1 white onion, diced
5 green onions
4 cans chicken or fresh chicken
10 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1 can Spam or fresh ham
4 eggs, scrambled
1 stick butter
5 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt, pepper, thyme
3 c. rice, cooked (do not use Minute Rice)

Fry cabbage, carrots and white onions in butter until tender. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Prepare meats and scramble eggs. Keep all ingredients separated until the rice is prepared. Mix all ingredients together in a large pot. Add green onions and soy sauce. Mix well. Great as a one-dish meal or served with egg rolls.
