MAPLE CREAMS 
1 lb. sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
4 tbsp. cream
1/2 tbsp. maple flavoring
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts

COATING:

2 tbsp. butter
1 (2 inch) sq. wax
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix well and add nuts. Place in freezer so it gets firm. Form in balls, then freeze until hard. Insert toothpicks in Maple Cream balls and dip in chocolate coating. Place on waxed paper and place in freezer until it hardens.
