BEST IN LEEDS MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. hot sausage
2 slices soft bread
1 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. celery, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cube bread and soak in milk. Set aside. Combine ground chuck, sausage, onion, celery, salt, and Worcestershire sauce, mix well. Add soaked bread to egg and add this to meat mixture. Form into loaf and place into a 4 3/4 x 8 3/4 inch loaf pan. Spread Piquant Sauce over top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

PIQUANT SAUCE:

3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Combine and spread on meatloaf.
