BEER POTATOES | |
I got this recipe from the 50+Friends Club Cookbook. 1 lb. lean bacon, diced 3 lb. small red potatoes, sliced with skins on 1 large Walla Walla onion or similar sweet onion, sliced thin 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, sliced 1 (12 oz.) can beer Grease a large baking pan. Layer bacon, potatoes, onion and butter. Pour beer over all. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Submitted by: Judy Brannock (C) |
