BEER BATTER BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes
1 c. corn flake crumbs

BEER BATTER:

1 1/2 c. flour
1 can beer
1 egg
Salt and pepper

Bake potatoes until nearly done. Dip in beer batter, roll in corn flake crumbs. Deep fry until brown. Return to oven (325 degrees F.) and bake until done.

Beer Batter: Separate egg. Set aside egg white. Blend ingredients with mixer, using only the egg yolk. Let stand for 1 hour. Then beat egg white until stiff and fold into batter. Let stand for 1 hour before using.
