PUMPKIN BREAD 
1/4 c. brown sugar twin
1/3 c. corn oil
2 eggs
1 c. canned pumpkin
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. shelled pumpkin seeds

Mix Sugar Twin and oil in bowl. Add eggs and beat well with egg beater. Add pumpkin and stir well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to pumpkin mixture, mixing well. Stir in pumpkin seeds.

Pour into greased 5 x 9 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour and 325 degrees or until cake tester comes out clean. Turn out onto wire rack and allow to cool before slicing.

Each 1/2 inch slice equals: 1 bread exchange, 1 fruit exchange and 1 fat exchange OR 1 1/2 carbohydrates choices and 1 fat choice. 155 calories.
