RECIPE COLLECTION
“MOM'S EGG NOG (NON-ALCOHOLIC)” IS IN:

MOM'S EGG NOG (NON-ALCOHOLIC) 
32 oz milk
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
dash of nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together in a blender. Blend and serve cold.

When I was a child growing up my mom made this for us for a treat/snack. She had her degree in home economics from Iowa State and was taught this recipe in a children's nutrition class. I'm 56 and still drink it for a pick me up. This is super nutritious and full of protein. I've never ever gotten sick from raw eggs, your chances of getting hit by lightening are greater. Its very economical and sure beats all of those expensive protein drinks made with corn syrup that taste like medicine!

Good and very easy. if you don't feel like using a blender just use a whisk -- tastes just as good though not quite as frothy. I added some cinnamon in addition to the nutmeg. Spicy, sweet, creamy, frothy, good!
