PIZZA PRONTON 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
3/4 c. very warm water
2 1/2 c. Jiffy Baking Mix
3/4 c. grated onion
2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. Italian sausage, 1 c. chopped salami or 1 lb. chopped hamburger
1/2 c. green pepper
2 1/2 c. grated cheese

Mix yeast, water and baking mix. Knead 20 times. Divide into 4 balls and roll each into 8" circles. For burgers, divide into 8 and roll into 4" circles. For topping, add grated onion to tomato sauce. Spread on crust. Add meat of your choice and then peppers. Top with cheese. Bake 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
