POTATOES AU GRATIN 
6 med. potatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. cheese, grated

Wash, pare, slice potatoes. Place layer of potatoes in greased baking dish; sprinkle with flour and salt. Repeat until potatoes are used. Add milk and butter. Top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 3/4 to 2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
