1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
5 oz. real Roquefort cheese (not blue cheese), crumbled in lg. pieces
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash salt

Combine all ingredients, cover and marinate overnight. Awesome.
