TRANSPARENT PIE | |
2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 stick butter 4 eggs 1/2 c. Carnation 2 tsp. vanilla 2 tsp. lemon juice or whiskey Cream sugar, flour and butter well with hands. Add eggs, one at a time, cream Add vanilla, whiskey (or lemon juice). Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes for 9" pie, 30 minutes for tarts. When top raises up, pie is done. Also you may insert knife and if it comes out clean, it is done. |
