CANARY ISLAND SALAD 
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch rosemary

SALAD:

Crisp lettuce
2 green onions, tops (chopped)
3 pears, pared & cut into bite size chunks

Combine dressing ingredients in a jar and shake until blended.
