TAMALE PIE 
12 corn tortillas
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 can enchilada sauce
1 sauce can cold water
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can ripe olives (may be chopped)
1 lb. Jack cheese (sliced or grated)

Simmer meat, onion, sauce, water and tomato sauce until well heated and mixed.

Place tortillas (broken into pieces in an oblong pan or 2 quart casserole) alternately with meat mixture, cheese, and olives. Bake 35 minutes in 350 degree oven.
