GRANDMA'S VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
3/4 c. vinegarc. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. water

Mix ingredients in small saucepan and boil. Set aside to cool.

VEGETABLES:

2 c. corn
2 c. sm. peas
2 c. French style green beans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mushrooms, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 lg. jar pimentos
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. green or red pepper, chopped

Mix all the vegetables together in a large bowl. Stir the above dressing over the vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Makes 18-24 servings.

Note: Any vegetables may be added or substituted. Drain any canned vegetables to be included before tossing the vegetables together.
