FRESH VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 c. fresh radish, sliced
1 c. sliced fresh carrots, slice thin
1 c. fresh cauliflower pieces
1 c. fresh broccoli pieces
1 c. fresh zucchini pieces
1 c. washed and sliced mushrooms
1 c. frozen peas, thawed (dry a little on paper towel)
Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Catalina French dressing
1/2 c. bacon bits (real)

Mix all vegetables and place 1/2 cup mayonnaise on top. Add the 1 tablespoon of Catalina to the mayonnaise and mix. Add the bacon bits and more mayonnaise to coat entire vegetable salad. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Serves 10 to 12.
