VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 lg. head cauliflower
1 lg. bunch broccoli
2 sm. onions, sliced in rings
2 carrots, grated
10 oz. frozen peas
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

Cut cauliflower and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Combine all vegetables in large bowl. In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over vegetables and mix well. Refrigerate overnight, stirring several times. Garnish with crumbled bacon before serving. Serves 8 to 10.
