CRUNCHY VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 c. tomato juice (V-8)
1 (2 oz.) can undrained mushrooms
1 c. raw shredded cabbage or cole slaw mix
2 thinly sliced stalks of celery
1 c. fresh or frozen French green beans
1 diced green pepper
1 c. fresh or canned bean sprouts

Combine all ingredients; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings. 40 calories each.
