HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
32 oz. hash brown potatoes
1 chopped onion
1 carton sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can potato soup
1 tsp. salt
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
Dash Tabasco

Use fork to crumble potatoes. Add other ingredients and put in casserole. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
