HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
6 hash browns
1/2 tsp. dried or fresh onions
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta, in small hunks
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 of 8 oz. carton sour cream
Dash of salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
