HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, thawed
Salt, pepper and grated cheese to taste

Combine soups, sour cream and milk. Mix until smooth. Add potatoes, salt and pepper. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Put in 9x13 pan. Bake covered at 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle top with cheese last 30 minutes of baking time.
