1 (1 lb.) pkg. brown sugar 1 lb. soft butter 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 1/2 c. flour Cream sugar, butter, vanilla until fluffy. Work in flour, shape into small balls. Cover and chill for 3 days. Let dough come to room temperature before rolling. Shape into ball, flatten and roll thin on floured pastry board. Place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 300 degree oven for 15 minutes. Makes 15 dozen. |
