CHRISTMAS TEA COOKIES | |
1 c. soft butter 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 1/4 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. nuts Mix together all ingredients. Chill dough. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until set but not brown. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Cool and roll in sugar again. Oven at 400 degrees. Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen. |
