1 lb. box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. frozen orange concentrate
Flaked coconut, in the bag
1/4 lb. soft butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix wafers, butter, orange juice and sugar well. Shape into small balls and roll in flaked coconut. Place on cookie sheet to set in refrigerator. Can also substitute lime concentrate. As Miami is so hot, I prefer to store these in the refrigerator.
