3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sour cream or mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach (thawed)
6 slices fried bacon, crumbled
Onion and parsley flakes to taste

Mix all ingredients except spinach. Fold in spinach last. Microwave on high 4 minutes. Serve with crackers.
