2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 c. Special K cereal

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs; mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients and last, 2 cups cereal (I have used other kinds but please don't tell Kellogg's.) Roll in small balls and then roll in remaining 2 cups cereal that has been crushed slightly. Bake in 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
