6 c. Special K cereal
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. sugar

Mix together well and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup of butterscotch chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes.
