HEALTH COOKIES 
2/3 c. softened butter
1 c. honey
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. raisins
2 c. granola or chopped nuts

Cream butter and honey. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture. Add raisins and granola or nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes.
