1 lb. spinach
1-2 c. sliced mushrooms
4-5 hard boiled eggs, sliced
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped, fried & drained
1/2-1 sweet onion, sliced in rings

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine all but dressing. Mix dressing ingredients with wire whisk. Add to salad ingredients just before serving. Serves 6-8.
