SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1/2 lb. butter
3 tbsp. dry white wine
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. olive oil
2-3 shakes Worcestershire
4 cloves garlic, crushed
Red, black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
2-3 shakes soy sauce

Place cleaned shrimp in baking dish. In a saucepan combine remaining ingredients and bring to a quick simmer. Allow to cool. Pour sauce over shrimp and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve over rice or pasta. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. 2 servings. Easiest and best!
