TURKEY BROCCOLI BAKE 
Leftover turkey or chicken
1 sm. head broccoli or 2 pkg. frozen
Leftover stuffing or 1 pkg. Stove Top
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
6 to 8 oz. cheese (Cheddar or American or any cheese)

Stove Top stuffing is very good in this dish.

Line bottom of a 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole dish with the blanched broccoli. Cover with turkey. Add cheese and milk to soup. Save 1/4 of soup for topping. Pour remaining soup over turkey and broccoli. Cover with stuffing. Pour saved soup over stuffing. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until hot.
