GOLDEN CHEDDAR TURKEY BAKE 
3 c. chopped, cooked turkey or chicken
1 1/2 c. celery slices
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. corn flakes crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 med. tomato, sliced

Combine turkey, celery, cheese, salad dressing, almonds, onion, lemon juice and salt. Toss lightly. Spoon into a 10x6 baking dish. Toss corn flake crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 325 degrees F. for 35 minutes. Top with tomato slices down the center. Bake 5 minutes more. Top with additional cheese if desired. 6 servings. May be frozen before baking.
