HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated cheese (approx. 6 oz.)
1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Add 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and garlic powder to ground chuck. Brown and drain. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch. Stir in next 4 ingredients. Add ground chuck. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. When doubling the recipe, use three eggs instead of two. Medium cheddar cheese is especially good.
