TURKEY CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. cubed cheese
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/2 c. cooked peas
2 tbsp. liquid from peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk

Combine all ingredients and pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Also good with chicken.
