POTATO SOUP 
diced ham, any amount desired
3 c. diced potatoes
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
2-4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bouillon cube

Boil potatoes and vegetables till tender. Add ham. Blend 2 c. milk, 2 Tbsp. flour and 1 c. sour cream. Stir into soup. Yummy! By way of brother David from Albuquerque, New Mexico. A similar recipe was submitted by Michele Klein.
